You’ll be able to just pick your photos, select your design and rearrange the layout with simple drag-and-drop controls....

Also worth noting is that the app update is likely going to show up in the beta version of the app first. Which means it isn’t going to be ready for stable for at least a little while. If you’re on the beta version of the app though, Google may start rolling this feature out in the weeks ahead. Keep in mind that app update rollouts can still take days before they reach all users....
