According to Samsung, discarded fishing nets are one of the biggest threats to ocean life. While people usually see water bottles and grocery bags as ocean-bound plastics, more than 640,000 tons of fishing nets reportedly end up in the big waterbodies every year. These nets trap and entangle marine life, damage coral reefs, affect natural habitats, and even find their way into our food and water sources. The South Korean behemoth is now repurposing these discarded fishing nets as part of its Galaxy for the Planet journey....
Notably, Samsung Galaxy A52 was the first device to pick up the August 2021 security update, a few days ago. Later, it was served to the Galaxy A72, A8 (2018), S20 FE (Exynos version), and the Galaxy S21 series. Fast forward to now, after the Exynos variant, the Qualcomm Snapdragon variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is getting the latest August 2021 security update. To be more specific, the Galaxy S20 FE Snapdragon 4G variant is getting the new update....

The latter also features a 10X telephoto camera, but it seemingly doesn’t support hyperlapse videos....
As of this writing, the Galaxy Note 9 is receiving the May SMR (Security Maintenance Release) in Germany. The new firmware version for the phone is N960FXXS9FVE1. This update should gradually reach other European countries as well as markets outside Europe over the next few days. As you’d expect, the aging Samsung flagship isn’t getting any new features with this update. The phone is too old now to receive feature updates....
