Instagram Banned In Russia Cutting Off 80 Million Users
This ban on Instagram doesn’t come as a surprise though. Russia had announced plans last week, having already banned Facebook and Twitter. The country had cited “discrimination against Russian media” as the reason for banning Facebook.
